D.A. & Intern Jen Make Jermaine O’Neal Fruity Pebbles Treats
To prove I didn’t hold anything personal against Jermaine O’Neal after a season’s worth of bashing him, I made a bet with the staff. If he returned and actually contributed to a win, with at least ten points and five rebounds, I would doff my cap and make his favorite sticky cereal into treats for everyone. I’ve ripped him for dining on toxic Cupcake Fruity Pebbles every morning at the age of 33, but figured when in Rome, eat what the Romans do (artificially colored breakfast grains). Sure enough, in a meaningless late regular season game with the Big 4 sitting and against one of the most pathetic front courts in the league, Jermaine put up a whopping double-double versus the Wizards. I took my medicine like the dog I am. Intern Jen acted as my assistant, as we made Gentle Jermaine Treats.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Cupcake Fruity Pebbles
- 1 bag marshmallows
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sprinkles
- 1 #7 oversized birthday candle
We melted the butter and marshmallows in the microwave, then stirred it together with the cereal. Then we spread the goop into a baking pan to let congeal at room temperature. We added the sprinkles to the top and the candle representing his jersey number. Voila! Just hours later we were dining on the most toxic kiddy treats allowed by the FDA.
